The problem
Residents queued in person for clearances and permits with zero status visibility. The office needed a digital portal with document requests, request tracking and emergency SOS access, running on modest municipal hardware.

What I built
- Document Requests: online submission for barangay clearance, certificate of indigency, business permits and other official documents
- Shopee-Style Tracking: live progress tracker from submission to approval to release
- Emergency SOS: one-tap button sending GPS location to officials and first responders
- Community News: announcements, updates and events for Poblacion residents
- Resident Dashboard: personal profile with request history, document status and alerts
